KMS (Knowledge Management System)
Each chatbot has its own character and will stay unique because of the knowledge stored in the Knowledge Management System (KMS). This system allows you to easily configure the chatbot to your needs and objectives.
Basically, you can improve the knowledge of your chatbot on any moment. That means that the intelligence is infinite and will grow along with your business. This ‘knowledge’ that can be administered from within the KMS, consists of two parts: the EQ and IQ.
- The EQ consists of the social skills of the chatbot. This will help to keep the conversation going between the user and the chatbot.
- The IQ represents the actual knowledge of the chatbot. This knowledge can be extracted from internal and external databases.

KMS - reports
The effectiveness of each chatbot can be checked by using the reports tool. It gives you the possibility to generate reports based on the amount of current and new users, conversations, sent messages, leads and the usage of implemented functions.These reports can be viewed based on hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly periods of time.

This is the tool responsible for the chatbots knowledge.By using this panel, the administrator can edit existing AI items by adding new triggers, answers, follow ups or even create new ones. This is a real time system, which means that every change is visible to the user on the moment the item is saved.
